“I started yoga as an exercise to compliment my running and to keep fit generally.
Robyn’s teaching style is very inclusive. She helps people find their own level.
She has definitely helped me avoid injuries and become stronger and more supple.
And the classes are lots of fun too!”
“I liked that the class was calm and relaxed, not stressful. I always know what to do and can always ask questions”
“Robyn notices what each person is doing and corrects postures/techniques.
She is a friendly approachable teacher who has a vast knowledge about yoga and continuously updates her knowledge by attending courses an a very regular basis”
“Having never tried yoga previously, I had some minor apprehensions but these were quickly dispersed by the friendly sessions run by Robyn. Great fun, the sessions have improved my fitness and posture whilst relieving everyday stress.
I wish that I had started years ago!”
I have been attending Robyn’s classes for nearly 2 years. She has an empathetic style of teaching, is very patient and has excellent rapport with class members. She uses fun analogies when you are struggling to try out what goes where!
I enjoy her style of teaching and also the fact that she is stretching her own skills by undertaking training to become a BWY Foundation Course Tutor is commendable.
She also organises yoga holidays which have proved very popular.
Approaching 70 I experienced an increasing lack of flexibility with associated discomfort and restriction of movement. Weekly yoga with Robyn has arrested this decline and is beginning to reverse it. I notice a marked improvement in comparison with my peers.
Robyn’s approach, gradually working up to postures, her deep knowledge and interest in the workings and limitations of the body, make the weekly sessions a pleasure as well as a necessity.
Excellent teacher and great session, nice pace to it and time flew by. Felt the benefits.
I welcome Robyn’s emphasis on strengthening muscles and improving flexibility of joints. This is very important for older pupils like myself to improve and maintain mobility.
I like the way Robyn works towards a posture by simple steps. It is always a surprise that you finish up being able to have a reasonable attempt at a posture which seemed to be impossible at the beginning.
Robyn is always careful to encourage people to try without overextending themselves. She values people’s effort and commitment to the task.
