These things will improve the longer you practice. Yoga isn\u2019t all about being bendy and flexible. Yoga builds up strength and stamina. Being bendy is fine, but if you don\u2019t have the strength to hold the bendy position, that\u2019s when you can hurt yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Yoga is about your body of course, but it\u2019s also about your mind and emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Yoga is a process, a journey, and there\u2019s a lot of good to be had along the way. The amazing thing about yoga is that it\u2019s always evolving and changing, so it never gets boring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>One of the most difficult, but liberating things about yoga is letting go of the ego and accepting that no-one is better than anyone else. Everyone is doing their best on any given day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><br><strong>What do I need?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bring a yoga mat and blanket and wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to stretch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> it is advisable not to eat a meal before attending a class.
