All my classes are online via zoom.
Zoom classes use a mix of video and audio instruction and as you become familiar with classes, you will be able to close your eyes and take time to enjoy a little break from your screen (especially important if you are required to use a screen for much of your day!).
Monday: Gentle Hatha Yoga @ 9.30 – 11am
Monday: Gentle Hatha Yoga @ 6.30 – 8pm
Gentle Hatha Yoga: starting from lying and moving to grounding floorwork/sitting postures. Having a mat is essential for this class to ensure your physical safety.
Tuesday: Chair Yoga @ 9.30 – 10.30am
A perfect practice to improve strength and flexibility at home. By moving slowly and mindfully, using the chair, you can ease and loosen tight areas of your body in a safe and supportive way. Don’t be too surprised at how the simple movements can work as deeply as the postures on your mat!
Wednesday: Hatha Yoga @ 9.30 – 11am
Wednesday: Hatha Yoga @ 7 – 8.30pm
Thursday: Hatha Yoga @ 6.30 – 8pm
Friday: Hatha Yoga @ 9.30 – 11am
Hatha Yoga: We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures.
Online class prices:
Bronze: £25 per month to attend one class per week
Silver: £39 per month to attend up to three classes per week
Gold: £49 per month to attend an unlimited number of classes
Classes will run in calendar month blocks.
