Online classes – Spring 2021


All my classes are online via zoom.

Before taking part in an online yoga class you must complete and return this health questionnaire and acknowledge your understanding of the remote learning disclaimer.

Zoom classes use a mix of video and audio instruction and as you become familiar with classes, you will be able to close your eyes and take time to enjoy a little break from your screen (especially important if you are required to use a screen for much of your day!).

Monday: Hatha Yoga @ 6.30 – 7.30pm

We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures.

Tuesday: Chair Yoga @ 9.15 – 10.15am

A perfect practice to improve strength and flexibility at home. By moving slowly and mindfully, using the chair, you can ease and loosen tight areas of your body in a safe and supportive way. Don’t be too surprised at how the simple movements can work as deeply as the postures on your mat!

Wednesday: Hatha Yoga @ 9.30 – 10.30am

We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures.

Wednesday: Hatha Yoga @ 7 – 8pm

We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures.

Thursday: Pranayama-made-simple @ 5 – 5.45pm

Starting with basic breathing practices and slowly build towards some of the classical pranayama practices / ratios. Some Pranayama practices are not suitable during pregnancy.

Thursday: Relax and Restore @ 6 – 7pm

A class comprising restorative and relaxation techniques. In yoga practice, we can learn techniques to calm the emotions, mind and the body

Friday: Gentle Hatha Yoga @ 9.30 – 10.30am

We start from lying and move to grounding floorwork/sitting postures.

Online class prices:
Bronze: £25 per month to attend one class per week 
Silver: £39 per month to attend up to three classes per week
Gold: £49 per month to attend an unlimited number of classes

Classes will run in calendar month blocks.
