Online class prices:
Bronze: £20 per month to attend one class per week
Silver: £35 per month to attend up to three classes per week
Gold: £45 per month to attend an unlimited number of classes
Classes will run in calendar month blocks.

Hatha Yoga: This is a chance to get back onto your mat. We will be working with a range of lying, sitting and standing postures. Having a mat is essential for this class to ensure your physical safety.
Gentle Hatha Yoga: Starting from lying and moving to grounding floorwork/sitting postures. Having a mat is essential for this class to ensure your physical safety.
Breathe and Relax: Basic breathing, concentration and relaxation techniques. In yoga practice, the breath becomes a powerful tool to rid the body of tension, make it healthy and strong, and calm the emotions and mind. It is a doorway to entering a state of mindfulness, stillness and connection.
Chair Yoga: This is the perfect practice to improve strength and flexibility at home. By moving slowly and mindfully, you can ease and loosen tight areas of your body in a safe and supportive way.
You might be surprised at how the simple movements can work as deeply as the postures on your mat!
